DAMAGED GOODS: We all know things can go wrong with purchases. We’ve all bought something online, received it opened the box and thought, that’s not right. Every effort has been made to make sure your HSD reaches you in the condition it left us. Please examine your order upon arrival for any damage. if items are damaged, a replacement can only be sent if the damage is reported within 5 calender days, the original packaging is kept for inspection by the carrier and photos provided of the damage.
RETURNS POLICY: All goods must be returned in original packaging with all associated paperwork and in a re-sellable condition, returns number can be found on invoice. Postage for returns is bourne by the customer, unless HSD deems items to be faullty or not as advertised. In the case of the latter the customer will still need to pay for the return postage and either send a copy of their postage inside the package, or e-mail it to info@helmetstoredisplay so it can be refunded once the package has returned to HSD. Customer must keep their proof of purchase in case the item is lost in the post, and any losses on returns are the responsibility of the customer and their postal company. Recorded delivery is recommended. Please allow up to 3 days for any agreed refund to be returned once the item is back with HSD, and always quote returns number in all correspondence.
WARRANTY: HSD warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from date of purchase. HSD is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation or use.
